AODI is a UK-registered non-governmental organization (NGO) focused on leadership and talent development for high-potential students and early-career professionals across Africa. Our programs include mentorship, workshops, and partnership initiatives.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Site or apply to our programs. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this Site and participate in our programs.
