Structured mentorship supporting African students and professionals to navigate global opportunities.
The Global Mentorship Program is AODI's flagship initiative designed to support African students and early-career professionals in navigating global academic and professional opportunities. The programme provides structured guidance, mentorship, and access to credible networks that help participants make informed decisions and compete effectively in global spaces. Delivered annually, GMP operates across two tracks: an Academic Mentorship Track supporting scholarship and international study pathways, and a Professional Mentorship Track focused on employability, leadership development, and career progression. The program combines monthly seminars, structured guidance, and one-to-one and group mentorship from experienced professionals.
